Value / ROI
Measure what changes for your team.
Less manual work is the goal. A pilot should show whether it happens, where it happens, and what it costs.

Why focus on the follow-up?
In a July 2026 survey of 201 security and compliance practitioners, 50.7% identified technical-team time and input as an audit preparation bottleneck.
The survey comes from Pentest-Tools.com. It describes those respondents’ experience. It does not measure Hybridity’s performance or predict your savings.

Compare the same work.
01
Agree the scope
Choose one policy, its requirements, and a small set of evidence requests. Agree what an accepted result looks like.
02
Record the baseline
Log time spent mapping rules, requesting evidence, following up, and reviewing results in your current process.
03
Repeat in Hybridity
Use comparable tasks and the same acceptance criteria. Count setup, AI review, corrections, and training time too.
04
Compare the result
Report hours per accepted task, elapsed completion time, and rework. Show the sample size and any limits.
Make costs visible.
Estimated net value = verified hours saved × agreed hourly cost, minus software and implementation costs.
Include setup costs once. Keep one-time and recurring savings separate. Publish results only after the pilot, with the method and customer approval.
