We started Hybridity because we care about what Europe can become. We want to see organisations here build new things, grow and compete. And we believe taking responsibility is essential to that future.

But we saw how much time and expertise it takes to turn regulatory requirements into everyday practice. We built Hybridity to make that work easier, and give people more room to use their judgement.

Founded in Stockholm in 2023, Hybridity brings legal engineering and artificial intelligence together. We build technology that handles compliance execution, with people in control.

Our ambition is to help Europe innovate and grow responsibly. That means making compliance something organisations can put into practice every day, and build their future on.
